PageShare Announces Partnership with Uniperson
Technologies

message platform extends its feature set to include bi-directional,
Web-based cobrowsing for enhanced customer service.

— PageShare Technologies, a leading provider of Web-based
cobrowsing solutions, today announced a partnership with Uniperson
Technologies, Inc., a leader in Global Corporate Instant Message
Systems and Web-based communication tools. The partnership
will enable Uniperson to bundle PageShare’s state-of-the-art
cobrowsing technology into its existing global instant message
and corporate communications platforms.
Incorporating PageShare’s cobrowsing
technology into Uniperson’s “UniMessenger”,
a global corporate instant message platform, will provide
Uniperson customers the ability to instantly cobrowse with
each other during an instant message session.
Instead of requiring a download to share
entire desktops, as in application sharing, PageShare CoBrowse
uses proxy-server architecture to mirror Web browsers, enabling
one or multiple users to instantly share the same view of
each other’s browsers. PageShare also includes a bright,
shared pointer to guide viewers through specific areas of
a Webpage, and joint-form filling capability which enables
users to fill out and submit forms together even on secured
pages.
